Terms of Service

I. Copyright and commission usage

- Commissions are for personal, non profit use only. Commercial commission will have extra fee listed below.

- I have full right to publishing the artwork and use in my porfolio. Private commission will have extra fee listed below.

- AI training, NFT is prohibited.

 

II. Work process

1. Process

  • Receiving brief, references and requests

  • Submit sketches, varies between 1-3 options ->  fixing details if needed

  • Submit color sketch -> Final fixing if needed

  • Finish and submit final file

2. Notice

- I will only fix the details based on the brief provided. Changing the brief is not possible after payment.

- If your character reference don't have a solid original design or outfit (ie would require me to put different pieces and parts together): +50% price.

- If you want more sketch options, each option would be +$20

- Final file will be in jpeg/png 300dpi RBG color. If you want psd/clip files with seperated layers, there will be extra fee vary from 10% to 50% depend on how much layers needed.

- I can reuse unused sketches for poses/compositions in future commissions.

- The time to finish a commission will vary from 1-3 months depends on your queue. If something sudden happens and the commission has to be delay I will inform you in advance. 

- For complex pieces, my final artwork might have some differences from the color sketch so I will provide free corrections after final, maximum 2 times and no more than 15% of the piece. For references, please go to the work process tab.

 

3. My comfort zone

I won’t do: Gore, bara, hardcore NSFW, copy or tracing art.

Inexperience but I’m open to try: Mommy/daddy characters, animals , anthro, mecha, humanoid

III. Payment

- Paypal or Vietnamese bank.

- 100% Payment in advance. If you don't like the sketch and don't want me to continue, you will receive 95% refund, and 70% after the color sketch 

- For commercial use:

  • Printing and selling merchandise: +200%

  • Digital products (youtube video, etc...) +20%

- Private fee: +$20
